Ordered spare camera batteries - knew they wouldn't be originals but thought they would be good spares. Placed the order on the 18th Nov 2010, didn't get anything for 3 weeks - then queried it and was told that there were delays due to the bad weather. I waited until 14th Jan and asked for a refund. Was told I had to wait for the items to arrive, then send them back and then get a refund.
