My chairs took 6 months to arrive when they were 2-3 weeks online and then I was advised 12 weeks. Then they needed a small replacement part for a foot and it's been 10 months emailing to and fro with them saying they will send it out but it never arriving. Just contacted better business bureau to get assistance, also noted as per the post below that they are an F on the better business bureau site.
