The marketing methods of this product are highly suspect. You are invited to place an order by telephone. Once you are in the system, however, it keeps looping you through up-sell suggestions and doesn't let you simply conclude the transaction. If, as happened to me, you become frustrated and hang up, you never do find out what the total cost will be. My $14.99 purchase wound up costing $44.94 with all the add-on costs.
