FTD florist at 1-800-send-FTD failed to deliver a Valentines Day gift that was ordered on 2/13/2011. No calls telling that it wasn't going to happen.( so maybe I could go to Plan B) No nothing ...Yea Honey a really did order it on time. ( like women will really fall for that one, with us Guy's.) Called customer service on Hold for over an hour 3 times trying to get a refund. They said they were sorry but that was it. This company's motto should be if want service...
