My complaint on Direct is misinformed on their product. I called to inquire of the packages on the and I was told that I will recieve my east and west coast packages. I'm upset because upon installing my direct tv the installers broke the other companies equipment that i'm to return and then was told i was not elible to get the east and west coast chanels that is 10 chanels I would be loosing chanels I had with the other company.
