I went and got my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt. They did not offer the service that I wanted at the location I was at so they sent me to another one. Upon leaving, they gave me a card that should have made me wait no longer than 15 minutes. I waited in the lobby for an hour!! After I finally got back there, the lady was very nice and she explained everything to me. When I left I was under the impression that I was getting my money in 24-48 hours like promised.
