I use Cvs pharmacy because that is the only pharmacy my insurance covers. I have been on a new medication for over 1 year now. I also have a card from UCB Parma that gives me $30 off of each refill. Everytime I refill the parmacy has to call UCB to confirm that I have insurance and not on medicare or medicade to receive the discount. Every single time they do not call. Despite telling the pharmacist and techs when I drop off the script, when I come to pick it up..they have not called and try to over ride it in their computer..which I have told... read full review »
