We started to recieve calls from a number that showed up on the caller id as out of area. Telling us that we recieved a loan for the amount of 300 dollars in November 2010 that we did not pay back and they were going to sue us and we had 3 days to pay the money. Supposedly we did this online, so I went to the bank to get my statements all the way from october to make sure that this was not done. They gave me this bogus NewYork number and the name Andy Brown.
