I thought I would try Jackson Hewitt over HR Block this year. Been using HR for 9 years.I was in Walmart and asked the lady if I could file my taxes. She rolled her eyes and said I guess.RUDE. She then said "Do you have your w2's and social security cards ? If not i not help you." I said yes I do and she made a grunting noise and said..huh. I asked if she liked her job and she just stared at me. I left, back to HR Block.
