I tried to do an online order through a comapny named Simpexity for some cell phones on 02/04/2011 and the order did not go through, then that same day i decided to go through the actual vendor Sprint and that order did not go through either..So i was told that the funds would be back in my account in 3-5 business days. That has yet to happen and it is now 02/05/2010 the amount is over 1000.00 still pending hold...I have spoke to over a dozen reps there and i have been told in order to release the pending hold i would need to get the fax... read full review »
