I had an unbelievably awful experience with Larry sanders' Kent based company Home Smart for a job concerning home renovation. I was initially given a really reasonable quote and had the guys on the job when they said they'd turn up. Then Larry started dropping hints about how this price was in actuality totally unfair on his side of the deal.
