I scheduled them online. They showed up unannounced a day early. We had not finished picking up the whole house. They assured my wife who is disabled that they would pick everything up as they go. They used my hose and left it a mess. The morning after they were here my wife noticed that there was money missing from her purse which they had moved in the bedroom. Without direct evidence I can't absolutely accuse them, but I do have an opinion. When I called about this, I got a pathetic apology and have heard nothing else since then.
