Do Not trust LLS. They promised us a mortgage modification, we made all the modified payments and followed all the guidlines, on the fourth month they forclosed anyway. they played it off like they were going to help us and never intended to. I paid for that house for 10 years and they yanked it out from under me. All of our tax dollars that went to these mortgage companies to help working people keep their homes is drawing interest somewhere and the mortgage companies are getting rich and dont give a *** if you loose your house!
