Received my Verizon account additional unauthorized charges on my account. One from ESBI and another from OAN. Spoke with OAN Larry stated that someone in my household who is not authorized to modify this account added this service. Spoke with the person and he assured me which I know he didn't do that he didn't add anything to this account. I think this is just another company dumping something on your account hoping you will just pay this account without checking your bill. That is the reason I don't allow direct debit monthly for a bill because, fraudlent charges can occur or mistakes can be entered causing you serious problems. read full review »
