My Grandmother is a member of your service. Last night, while visiting she had told me about a bill that she has been getting for $192.00 repeatedly. She has had problems in the past with getting bills for reasons unknown to her, one of them was for $37.00 for dental coverage that she did not have. My grandmother is 94 years old, but she is still very much “with it” and pays her bills on time each month.
