Just got hung up 4 times by dierect e-cig customer service. I apparently didnt read the fine print. I didnt know I was going to be charged for additional cartridges that I didnt order. I would never have bought into the "INTRODUCTORY OFFER" If i had to pay all that money. I told them I wanted a refund for the order they just sent and that I would send the product back. They said I couldnt do that to get a refund and that I wasnt entitled to one. What can be done about this. Also where are they located so I can file a complaint with the BBB read full review »
