I booked two Airtran tickets from their website, from Atlanta to San Francisco on Saturday April 4th 2009 and had the worst experience ever! First my booking was done March 4th 2009 that is one month prior to departure date. I arrived an hour before departure, checked in 2 bags and was told there were no available seats and that I needed to get a seat assigned at the gate.
