I have tried for two months to contact the Collections department. Each time my call gets dropped either after it is answered or prior to any one answering. I tried signing on to the site to send them a letter. No Go as it won't let me set up a sign on Says my account isn't valid. Hey if they wrote off my loan. Send the pink slip. They call and I answer only to have the phone go dead either as soon as I answer or right after. Had to reverse look up the number to find out who it was. read full review »
