They call themselves trusted offshore vendor for Humana but the way they maintain trust is by bullying employees to work on weekends, use personal laptop and phone for company work and create an environment where, in the name of relationship building, they breed feudalism. At humana, this is a highly charged political environment, where humana keeps their eyes closed and lets syntel contractors be treated as slave labor. i will NOT recommend anyone work either at Humana or Syntel. read full review »
