I ordered a banner online from them. I needed to have 1' left on each side of the sign. I had them center one line of the banner and apparently they re-adjusted my sign so that there was no longer 1' left on the sides. They sent me a proof. I looked and saw that the line was centered that I had asked them to fix. It looked good so I sent the proof back as OK. I also ordered the banner with grommets every foot of the banner.
