There is NOTHING lucky for people of color at the Lucky Dill. In fact, we never received service. After 15 mins of sitting, watching people coming in and being waited on we decided to leave. However, to be fair, we asked for the manager, who took another 8 mins to come forward. She apologized and offered to give us her best waiter!
