We purchased 4 weeks of a 2-bedroom unit at Sandos in late 2007. Several weeks ago, when we went to reserve a 2-bedroom unit, we were told that only 1 of our 4 weeks was for a 2-bedroom unit and they refused to make the reservation. The 3 "Royal Elite" weeks, they claim, are for a junior studio. Needless to say, we are fighting this but as usual, they don't respond to emails. Has anyone else had this experience?
