After hiring a lawyer to secure our home modification, after we failed trying to work with BofA on our own, we where able to save our home and avoid our home being sold on the court house steps 3 minutes before the 10am auction time. We did everything BofA asked us to, notorized with a cashiers check for the September payment with our next due in October and sent back the signed agreement by their deadline.
