I had recently visited the resort Villa Del Palmar Flamingos. Under the high pressure sales presentation with misleading information from the sales representative, I signed the purchase contract. Since I am visiting during a cruise, I was not able to find out the details until I got back home.  After I read the details on the contract, I discovered that some of the promise made by the sales representative are not listed.
