I have been trying for 2 months to get them to credit me for my returned item that I bought from their ebay store. It only allows paypal, and they seem totally inept at doing so. I have spent hours on hold and then they promise my refund, but it never appears. you stay on hold forever, and when they forward you the next person has no idea and you start all over again. their computer system starts mixing your orders up. its just a total CF from the start. read full review »
