We purchased a sectional from The Room Store off Ray Rd. in Chandler in Arizona in October 2010. We thought we made a smart purchase but little did we know. The first day we got the sectional we had a problem with the chaise reclining and not locking...had a technician come out in October, it's February and we are still waiting for the part. I called weekly to find out he status only to be told next week...etc. Next week is now 4 months later...REALLY??? Then in November the recliner on the end is defected due to the wood frame... read full review »
