Dear Sir/madam, I am an account holder of your bank bearing a/c no 11201658926, Kankurgachi branch, Kolkata. Today evening I went to SBI, Birati Branch ATM, Kolkata -7000051 for withdrawal of money . I entered an amount of Rs 13, 000/- thro my debit card . Unfortunately the money didnot come out but the counterslip showed an withdrawal of Rs 13, 000/ & the amount was withdrawn.
