My land line telephone and Internet service are with AT&T. Any time we have rain of several hours duration, I have no phone or Internet service. I have jumped through all the electronic hoops and finally reached a human being who said that since the phone was working when I called, there was nothing that they could do and that I should call back when it goes out again. I explained that I had been told that the problem was due to dampness in the "cards" located in a large box-like structure located about 1/2 mile from my home. read full review »
