We purchased a 2005 Ford Freestar from Lasco Ford in Fenton MI in August 2005 along with an extended warranty. We were told the full amount of the warranty would be refunded if we did not use it. The only warranty work done on the vehicle was while it was still under the 36, 000-mile factory warranty. When we applied to Signet Financial Group for the refund, they said we were inelible because there was a charge.
