Every Year we have went to H&R Block but because they are no longer doing the rapid we decied to go to Jackson Hewitt What a big rip off we were told we would recieve some of our refund on the smartcard within 24-48 hours its been 8 days now and still nothing i have checked the IRS website and my state website about our returns they have both been processed Still no money Next year back to H&R block I will never recommend Jackson Hewitt they told us we would recieve the RAL Yet everyone i have talked to has never recieved it i dont see how... read full review »
