Ordered a moen item. Next day I received an e mail saying the item was released for shipping. After 16 days I am wondering why I have not received the item. I called the customer service and had to speak with an agent that had very poor command of the English language. At that point I was informed that my item was on backorder and it would be one to two weeks additional. After another few days I sent an email requesting information regarding my order.
