Sold me a portable space heater at over $300. Within days it did not work. Would not refund, would only send parts and said it was an easy fix. No instructions were included and it was a very complex electrical wiring. Told them I was unable to do this and asked for authorized dealer. Was told there is none, but I should be able to do it.
