Bought a LG 3-D blu-ray player BX-580 for christmas. It didn't work. It froze up and you could do nothing but shut it off. Went on line for customer support. They couldn't help me but they would send a disk to correct the problem. Took it back to the store where I purchased it. They said no problem, it needed a firmware update.
