Blueant q1 bluetooth headset arrived (also with the 3 components loose in plastic bags--and with only 1 of the 3 earbuds provided in Blueant retail packages and no warranty card or instructions) in thinly padded envelope via USPS and was defective out of the bag. Was told there'd be a 15% restocking fee; then told via e-mail that I was right about their published/website policy and there should be a full refund (so long as the merchandise is returned intact in 30 days); it arrived in Florida in 5 days from receipt.
