Contractor failed to pay invoice for labor and materials provided by a subcontractor to a home he was building for a customer here in Flagstaff. Contractor has been contacted many times and has made no attempt what so ever to settle his debt. Homeowners beware this contractor could cause liens to be filed against your home if he does not pay his subs!! Subs beware this contractor does not pay his subs!!
