This is a complete scam! I ordered the product and then tried to cancel the next day. I was told by the customer service department that they hadn't processed my information yet, and it could take up to 48 hours. I checked my bank account that same day and the charges had already come out. I called them back, demanding to speak to a supervisor, which I never got because they were all "busy'.
