The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful person I have EVER encountered running a business online. Long delays to reply. Rude & condescending emails, unapologetic attitude, blatantly disrespectful and crass. After submitting an online inquiry to Jeff Motsco's site insurance pickle, we didn't receive an initial response for about a week.
