Complete FRAUD! These guys said we own the equipment we just purchased from them 1 month ago and it does not work! When we call them to have them fix it, we waited on hold for over 1 hour just be told a service call would cost $250 to go out to correct the problem. Sounds like they purposely make the satellite not work, then just blame it on our equipment that we purchased from them! Horrible attitudes and service!
