Terrible service. Posted them my tapes in November 2010 and heard nothing since. They've not even sent me an invoice for me to pay them, and I'm getting no response from my e-mails and phone calls. I originally wanted these tapes converting to dvd as a Christmas present for a releative, but all I want now is for them to return my tapes and I'll find someone else to convert them. read full review »
