I ordered a battery for a cf-72 panasonic toughbook on November 19th, 2010. They said it would be delivered in 7 - 15 business days. after several weeks of emails back and forth, the person named Andy, which I had been in contact with told me that the packages had been returned, and I would have a refund in 48 hours. It has been 2 weeks since he said that. I've been ripped off for 100 dollars cdn. Now nobody will even answer my emails inquiring about my refund. read full review »
