When a person signs up for personal training one expects to recieve a higher degree of service. This should include personal attention, personally designed workout regimes, and attention to detail. This is easily classified under the total customer service umbrella, I mean that is at the base of what personal training is, a higher level of customer service to meet their goals concerning fitness.
