I pre-ordered an item from Sears, i paid the expedited fees to get the item on the day it will launch. Total costs $86.87. i have contacted their customer service dept. and have emailed back and forth about 10 different customer service employees. to this day they have not shipped the item i ordered. they already charged my card for the amount. They tell me they cannot issue a refund because it is processing. it has been processing since i paid the amount last week. Yet no one can tell me if this item will ever ship.
