I and my room-mate have been battleing this same issue with ZPDI and our actual service provider, Centurylink for almost 4 months. Our Bill is now at $500.oo and our service is disconnected except for, get this, "INCOMING CALLS". which is no surprise as we began writing down all these weird calls that we began getting weeks ago where someone calls in and when we answer and say "hello" like 3 or 4 times... they then hang up.
