I'm on day two without the premium HD channels that I'm paying for. I returned my HD/DVR box because of a problem. Returned home and followed the usual instructions to activate the box and ended up with 13 channels, note; I subscribe to their top level of programing. After working with Tech Support for over an hour I was told that I needed on site to resolve the problem as they could not communicate with the new box. Not only was my "new" HD/DVR box out of commision but the attempts to activate it KILLED my other HD box... read full review »
