Rocky Bid.com is a penny auction site that seems to have gone bankrupt and is no longer available on the web. I can't get reimbursed for my unused bids that I paid about $600 for during Aug 2010. This site clained to be undergoing re-structural changes & shut down in Oct 2010 promising to be back in 2 or 3 months with bigger rewards, etc for its customer. BULL!! they are off line & the phone number is no longer listed nor active.
