I cancelled my account with Comcast in August 2009 and I am now getting calls from collection agencies telling me that I have equipment to return. I never received any equipment in the first place! The basic cable service was provided through my apartment complex so all I had to do was hook up my normal cable to the wall. NO EQUIPMENT! And of course this issue could not be resolved over the phone.
