My complaint is similiar to the other complaints. I placed a Valentines / Anniversary order for my wife on Feb 4 for delivery on Feb 11. I received confirmation that my shipment was picked up on Feb 10th. Feb 11th and 12th came and went without a delivery. I tried not to make a big deal about it as long as my wife got the flowers by Valentines day. By 9AM on Feb 14th, I checked Fedex website and my flowers were sitting in a warehouse.
