David Stelting is a con-artist who tries to get you to pay him $2500 - $5000 up front claiming he has "sources" to finance any project - he doesn't. Once he gets your money, he becomes difficult to get a hold of, makes excuses and then he's gone. He sounds convincing at first, but after a few conversations you'll find that he is a bumbling idiot and he begins to make grandiose claims.
