Buyer Be Aware: Valley Brook Subdivision Fort Worth Texas. Lennar and KB Homes are building in same subdivision driving our home prices down. KB Homes are not the quality of Lennar. They are prefab Homes because they deliver the walls and trusses(2 X 4) constructed. Behind the bathroom/shower/tub tiles they use green drywall board should use concrete board like most quality builders. This is my second Lennar Home I have purchased. First was in the Houston area. We moved here expecting the same quality and customer care which we receive but they shouild be building with the same quality builders. read full review »
