Raymour & Flanigan schedules delivery and, at the last minute reschedules because the leather of the sofa is unevenly dyed. I am frustrated because this is the second time this has happened. The merchandise should be inspected before delivery time is scheduled. They provide a four hour window for delivery. Before the merchandise is loaded on the truck, it should be inspected. Delivery has been scheduled for a third time. I will inspect the sofa and if it is not acceptable, it will be returned and I will purchase elsewhere.Customer service is helpless.
